Orders are put into production as soon as they are received. Framed artwork is carefully packaged and boxed. Unframed artwork is rolled with archival tissue paper and placed into a heavy duty shipping tube. Once an order ships, you will receive tracking information from UPS or the relevant carrier. We work hard to get artwork to you as fast as possible. During this unusual time, shipping timelines are 4-5 weeks on average. In the unusual event a shipment becomes delayed due to circumstances outside our control, we will let you know immediately.
All artwork is final sale. However, if the artwork you receive does not meet your expectations, please let us know. Your happiness is very important to us.
Some of our collectors like to see artwork before purchasing it. To meet this need, we lovingly created sample boxes so that you can see small prints before purchasing large artworks. Samples allow you to see the vibrant colors we can achieve thanks to our 12-ink, archival pigment printers as well as papers and canvas by Hahnemuhle, makers of the highest quality printing materials for fine art photographers.
